Uwila Warrior Fall 2018 Collection

CATALOG DESIGN

Designed the layout for print and digital version of the catalog. We provided a better layout to show how fun and comfortable the underwear can be. We now think customers will get a good sense of the brands mission for their products.

 
 

  • Used all existing photography and a few new shots were added. All images provided by the client. We gave it a fresh layout and made the images feel new again!

  • For most images we created clipping paths and dropped them onto new solid color backgrounds and added some shading and noise in order to create a realistic in-studio effect. This let some images stand out and be NEW hero shots for their page.

  • Always create a naming system for the images based on the sku in the clients inventory database. This helps everyone stay on the same page quickly when you both reference a photo you might need or if something is missing.

  • Packaging up the final project, then go into the Images or Links folder and double check that the images are all up to spec: min 300ppi, CMYK, and EPS at best and where transparency is needed .PSD. Also make sure your links are all there and none are missing. I recommend using FlightCheck app for this Pre-Press check up.
